Thanatos Institute and Muncipality of Quan'sul Settle Litigation

MONROEVILLE, Pennsylvania, July 25, 2005 -

The Thanatos Institute and Municipality of Quan'sul announced that they have reached a settlement agreement resolving all outstanding litigation between the parties. While exact terms of the settlement will remain confidential, the settlement includes provisions that the municipality will publicly disavow all allegations that the virus-like outbreak was in anyway connected to the crash of a Thanatos Institute SBJ S-21.
