Thanatos Institute and Muncipality of Quan'sul Settle Litigation
MONROEVILLE, Pennsylvania, July 25, 2005 -
The Thanatos Institute and Municipality of Quan'sul announced that they
have reached a settlement agreement resolving all outstanding litigation
between the parties. While exact terms of the settlement will remain
confidential, the settlement includes provisions that the municipality
will publicly disavow all allegations that the virus-like outbreak was
in anyway connected to the crash of a Thanatos Institute SBJ S-21.
In an unconnected good-will gesture, the Thanatos Institute announced that
it would be opening a research center in the area. The center will study
viral-malaria and other diseases indigenous to the region, as well providing
free medical services to local residents.
