Thanatos Institute Denies Responsibility for Events in Quan'sul
MONROEVILLE, Pennsylvania, May 18, 2005 -
The Thanatos Institute today issued a response to the lawsuit filed
yesterday against it, by the Municipality of Quan'sul.
Corporate Counsel, Jeff Holzgang stated that the Insitute believes
the lawsuit to be without merit and that the outbreak of
a virus-like disease in the area, was not connected to materials
released from the March plane crash in the area.
Mr. Holzgang stated "While we believe that we will prevail in this lawsuit,
we have nothing but sympathy for the people of Quan'sul
after the recent tragedies in the city, and therefore would much prefer
to reach an an amicable settlement to this dispute. Nevertheless,
we will be examining jurisdictional issues and whether this district is
the appropriate venue."
